How DuoRhyme uses cookies and browser storage.
Studio sessions
DuoRhyme uses essential HTTP-only authentication cookies to keep you signed in and protect access to your photos, video sessions and credit balance. Login sessions last up to seven days and can refresh while you use the site. Clearing or blocking these cookies signs you out; it does not delete your account or stored media. You can sign back in to the same account.
Google sign-in also uses temporary state cookies to complete and validate the OAuth callback. Browser storage may also remember settings such as your theme and language.
Visit counts and analytics
A local storage entry records the last day your browser was counted in the site's aggregate daily visit counter. The counter does not send a visitor identifier.
When configured for a deployed site, analytics services may use cookies or browser storage to measure page views and interactions. For example, Google Analytics uses _ga and _ga_<container-id> cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. Google explains these cookies. Uploaded photos, lyrics and generated media are not intentionally included in analytics events.
Your choices
You can clear or block cookies and browser storage in your browser, although doing so may affect studio access, preferences and any account features you use. Sign in again after clearing your authentication cookies to return to your account. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers.
